Kim L. Stanfield, MA, LPC

Kim Stanfield has a background  in education with  counseling experience since 2005. Her experience includes working with victims of family violence through Mid-Coast Family Services. She provided individual counseling and anger management groups to the juveniles at the local detention center. She has been in private practice since 2009. Kim uses a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy and utilizes play therapy for younger children. Her area of expertise includes working with children of divorce and/or child custody cases. Though she has a passion for working with teens and children, Kim also works well with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and abuse.
